A wait and load service involves our vehicle and crew arriving at your site, loading your scrap metal or clearance materials directly onto the vehicle while they wait, and then taking the load away immediately. There is no skip left on site and no collection to arrange later. This makes wait and load the ideal solution for sites with restricted access, no space for a skip, limited parking for a skip lorry, or where a road skip permit is not available or practical.

The volume we can collect in a single visit depends on the vehicle deployed and the nature of the materials. For smaller volumes of mixed or light scrap metal, we use smaller vehicles. For larger commercial or industrial quantities, we deploy larger payload vehicles. A straightforward collection from a commercial property with good access and a pre-sorted load can be completed in one to two hours.
